How to order tiles from Ceramiks tiles

Ordering your tiles

We are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10.a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

When ordering your tiles please be aware that any placed will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined on this site. When you are estimating your quantities, please remember to over order by up to 10% to allow for waste and having to cut whole tiles.

Free tile samples on orders over £300

We recognise that customers will want to see samples of the tiles before going ahead with an order. We can arrange for samples to be sent to you but you will have to pay for the sample tiles plus their delivery costs. However, if you later proceed with an order and the value of your order exceeds £300 (inclusive of VAT), we will refund you the cost of the sample tiles plus delivery by deducting that cost from the invoice value of your order. This refund will be limited to the cost of sending you up to 5 sample tiles in one despatch.

Payment – NO EXTRA CHARGE for credit cards

We accept payment by cheque, credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) and debit card. We do not charge any handling fee for credit and debit cards.

Free tile delivery on orders over £400

As tile suppliers we organise delivery to you, usually via a third party carrier. We will agree a delivery date with you when you place your order.

If the order is for £400 or less (inclusive of VAT), you will have to pay for delivery. If the order is to an address in Wales or England and is for over £400 (inclusive of VAT), we will pay the costs for standard delivery.

Standard delivery usually takes place within five working days after we receive payment for the tiles you are ordering. Standard delivery will be on normal weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. You pay extra for Saturday deliveries which take place between 8 a.m. and 12 noon.

Any delivery charges which you pay (e.g. on orders of £400 or less or to Scotland and Northern Ireland) will be what we are charged by the third party carrier; there will be no mark up.

Special orders

We do have some special order tiles which can take up to 30 days to arrive but most of our tiles are normally available immediately from stock. On rare occasions we may be out of stock of the items you order. We will notify you of this situation when you place the order: delivery in these circumstances may take up to 30 days. We will keep you informed by e-mail.
